Kavita (SRIDEVI) is an enchanting singer-dancer. She sings and dances for her inner contentment, but her greedy elder sister and wicked brother-in-law, Devadas exploit Kavita's talents for earning a lot of money. Kavita reprimands both of them for their ugly thoughts and mean mentality. Ignoring Kavita's feelings, Devadas goes to the extent of grabbing a huge sum from a rich fellow Mohan to have Kavita as his keep. When Mohan fails to get Kavita to quench the thirst of his lust, he plans to have her by appointing Kavita as a commercial model girl for his business.

Mohan is already married to Vandana (Poornima), the sister of Veerendra (Krishna). Veerendra who is compelled to become a Naxalite forcibly collects the money from black-marketeers and distributes among poor and needy. He comes to the rescue of his sister and to keep Kavita away from Mohan, he marries Kavita.

Mohan decides to take revenge upon Veerendra and consults his benefactor, J.B., in this regard. J.B. is the deadliest enemy of Veerendra. He and his henchmen kill Devadas and trap Veerendra in the murder case of Devadas. Veerendra is sent to jail, but he escapes from the prison.

In the meantime, Mohan divorce his wife, Vandana by plot and plans to marry another girl, suggested by J.B. Mohan also arranges Kavita's dance programme in his marriage function.

What is the vicious plan of J.B. behind suggesting Mohan to get married again? What happens when Kavita dances in a ferocious mood on the occasion of Mohan's second marriage? Does this marriage take place? How does Veerendra meet Kavita after escaping from the Jail?
